Why men cheat ( Dating Advice for Women)

Recently, there has been constant news and gossip about the professional golf player Tiger Woods cheating on his wife with many mistresses. Months ago, there was also news about the Late Night talk show host, David Letterman having affairs with his female employees. Now the age old question has risen again, why do men cheat? Well, I'll tell you ladies. There are many reasons why a man would cheat on his woman. One reason is naturally, all men have an inate desire to spread their genes to as many females as possible for the survival of their lineage. Some men will always be players for life no matter how loving, caring, beautiful, smart, and talented their woman really is. I know it's harsh but it's true. But some men do have the will power to control their urges and settle down with the woman they are truly in love with. This is why it is very important for a man to go through his Lust Phase. A man's Lust Phase is when he is chasing, dating, and having sex with many different kinds of women. Some men get over it at an early stage in life, and others go through it at a later stage in life. If he does not go through this, he will begin it at some point in the future. If not, he will resent himself and the woman that he is with. Some men also cheat because they have low self discipline, are feeling neglected by their women, are about to break up with their girlfriends because they are too controlling, negative, argumentative, needy, naggy, and are not taking care of their physical apperance. Some men also cheat because are not getting what they want sexually, or are just plain bored and want variety.

  1. That was a very insightful answer to Tiger Woods situation. I have heard a lot of speculations as to why he did. As woman, I guess we like to think that our love for a man would make him want us FOREVER! I guess that is our maternal instinct and we think why can't men be more like us. In the end man is man for a reason. Thanks for your opinion. Can't wait for more.

  2. First off thanks for stopping by my Zesty Nachos blog.

Now I read this and I am a bit appalled, yet I get what you are saying. At the same time, as a woman who has been cheated on, I do not think this "excuse" is forgivable nor do I think it acceptable. =D In marriage cheating hurts everyone kids included.

I personally think in this case, like so many rich and powerful men, TW wanted a "brood mare" with excellent genes to provide him with an heir. He treated her like a queen and then went out and made his beds with whores. Very simple concept from history. But that is my take, which I will probably break down and blog about. lol Everyone else has why not?
