How to stop wasting your life (Lifestyle Advice for Men and Women)

Do you feel like you can be doing a whole lot more with your life? Is everyday a long, sad and boring routine that you feel like you just can't get out of? Most people want to do so many great things with their lives but are just too freaking scared to do them. And yes I was one of those people. It sort of becomes a habit to just do nothing because it feels safe, even though you're not happy. Life is not meant to be wasted! We all get tired and unmotivated sometimes but, we have to find courage and strength from within ourselves as well as others. We need to stop letting circumstances and bad breaks get in our way of becoming greater than we once were. We all should try something new every day, set short and long term goals, be motivated, be thankful for our good friends and family, exercise and eat healthy, appreciate the natural world around us, accomplish more, help someone and make them happy, have fun and laugh more, be more outgoing, and most of all find our purposes in life. So live life now and stop wasting it!
