Recently, I watched an abc news segment called "Single, Black, Female -- and Plenty of Company". It was about successful black women not being able to find quality black men. The news coverage about black women not being able to find qiuality black men was mostly non-sense! It's true that some black men are intimidated by women who have achieved more success and earn more money than them, but most of these men feel that way because they think that these women don't really need them. Think about it. Now if a person does not feel needed, he will eventually go else where to fulfill that need. A lot of black women are not about to obtain a good black man because some of them have negative attitudes, are too argumentative, too materialistic, too independent, rude, don't take care of their physical appearance, don't make a man feel wanted, needed, appreciated, encouraged, and most importantly respected.
If you want to keep a good black man ladies, you need to show him that you....
1. RESPECT HIM
2. WANT AND NEED HIM
3. DON'T WANT TO CHANGE HIM
4. WILL HELP TO SUPPORT HIM
5. WILL APPRECIATE AND ENCOURAGE HIM
6. WILL NOT TAKE HIM TO THE POOR HOUSE
7. WILL NOT FIGHT HIM
8. WILL ALWAYS LOVE HIM
